Standard Delivery

Delivered via Australia Post. Most metro orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Regional and rural areas may take up to 10 business days.

We currently ship within Australia only. We are a small, handmade business based in East Perth, WA — we want to do things properly before expanding further. International shipping may be considered in the future.

Before it ships

Processing time

Every Hush Soap bar is handmade in small batches and cured for a minimum of four weeks before it becomes available. When you place an order, your bars are already cured and ready — they are not made to order.

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been collected by Australia Post.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.) processing times may extend slightly. We will always communicate any delays via email.

How we pack

Packaging

We pack every order ourselves, by hand. Bars are individually wrapped and packed carefully to arrive in perfect condition. We use minimal, recyclable packaging — no unnecessary plastic, no excessive void fill.

Orders of multiple bars are packed securely together to prevent movement during transit. Gift orders receive a little extra care.

After it ships

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.

If your tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local Australia Post outlet before contacting us. Safe drop locations are sometimes used when no one is home.

Problems

Missing or damaged orders

We pack every order with care, but occasionally things go wrong in transit. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at hello@hushsoap.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include your order number and a photo of any damaged items. We will make it right — either by resending your order or issuing a refund, at your preference.

For lost parcels, we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process.
